Public Events

Private Events:

Saturdays: 3 hours from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

$20/guest (all ages), $1,000 minimum with a 90-guest maximum.

Sundays: 3 hours with flexible start time. $25/guest (all ages), $1,250 minimum with a 90-guest maximum. An additional hour may be purchased for $1,000 regardless of headcount.

A $500 nonrefundable deposit and signed Agreement of Services is required to book a date.

1/2 hour before the event is provided for setup and 1/2 hour after the event is provided for cleanup.

Includes:

- Exclusive access to Hidden Pond Farm.

- Exclusive access to Pine Tavern Distillery's Tasting Room.

- Exclusive access to our 36' x 48' Timber Frame Barn with wood burning fireplace.

- Handicapped Accessible Porta-Pot.

- Men's and Lady's Restroom.

- 1 bartender (Additional Bartender $200).

- 19 Round Barrel Tables (42" diameter, 14 Inside and 5 on the 32' x 20' outside deck).

- 74 Barstools.

- 5 Picnic Tables with seating for 34 on the grounds around the deck.

- 6 Adirondack Chairs around the Fire Pit.

- Sound System w/ AM/FM Radio, Bluetooth and indoor and outdoor speakers.

Beverages are not included. Cash Bar, Open Bar or a combination of both are available at cost. Drinks are charged at the price on our menu which can be found on the Menu page of this website.

No outside beverages of any kind are permitted. In additional to an extensive cocktail menu, we also serve nonalcoholic beverages including Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, Peach Cider, Blueberry Cider, Brewed Iced Tea and Bottled Water.

Guests under 21 are permitted but they count toward the guest total regardless of age.

You may hire your own Caterer, Photographer, Florist, Musician or DJ, etc. for any event.

We are Food Truck friendly. Concrete pad with 30 amp/120v outlet. No need for a generator.
